National Meeting 2019

July 15-19, 2019

The theme for the 2019 Meeting was Cars, Trains & Telescopes.

We of course toured in the Shay cars.  We rode two steam trains, one pulled by a Shay Locomotive and the other by a Heisler.  Both are geared locomotives used for steep mountain tracks to haul timber.  We also saw the world's largest fully steerable Radio Telescope at Green Bank, WV.  The annual meeting was held and all officers were reelected.
